About the Space
This gorgeous custom waterfront home is in the pristine Isle of Palms community. We are located just a short walk from the beach and overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Entering the house, you will have a new white baby grand piano. Soak up the views of the waterway, marshes, silhouettes of bridges, and various local wildlife. Views with picture windows and a large sliding door with 2 hinged French doors. Moving through the kitchen and living room area brings you to a large back deck overlooking the backyard, pool, and water views.

Health and Safety Measures
Dusting: Start at the highest point and work your way down, dusting from the entrance of the room in a clockwise direction. Use a loosely held disinfectant cloth to absorb dust and germs. Cleaning windows: Windex the windows when necessary. Wipe down the door frames with a lint-free cloth and cleaning spray. Cleaning mirrors: Use a disinfecting wipe or a microfibre cloth and glass cleaner. Sweeping and mopping floors: Sweep and mop all floors. Emptying the trash: Take out the trash and the recycling. Use disinfectant to clean out trash cans when they are emptied.. Vacuuming carpets: Vacuum carpets to remove dirt from the carpet pile.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
