About the Space

We have had plenty of different events held here such as (but not limited to), baby showers, birthday parties, networking events, board meetings, book signings , etc. The space is set up with a large kitchen area including a mini fridge for storing food or beverages, a full stocked bathroom, white board walls, and a 75 in. Samsung Smart TV. We also have a wide variety of seating arrangements including 5 round tables with 50 padded folding chairs, 6 rectangular tables that sit 2-4 at each, a conference table that seats 6, as well as 4 couches with a combined capacity of 8. Any of which can be removed for different set ups. There is also an attached outdoor patio area with 2 tables, 12 chairs, and 2 umbrellas. *Please note that the space in the pictures beyond the garage door is not part of the bookable space.*

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
