About the Space
This is a large, beautiful historic home in Old East Dallas that is currently in the process of restoration. Perfect for photography or video shoots, bring a sense of spooky, 120-year-old grandeur to whatever your project is! If you're lucky, maybe you'll even catch one of the famous Shiels' House ghosts in your pics! Available for your use are the parlor, music room, dining room, porch and front yard, green bedroom/library, and upstairs. If you need rooms that are ugly and under construction, you may use those as well, but I have not pictured them. The blue bedroom is negotiable but will cost an extra 50 per hour of use, as it's my private space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
