The main dance floor, measuring 15' x 25' and lined with mirrors, features a large screen monitor on the east wall, perfect for classes, presentations, or events. This area seamlessly opens up to accommodate up to 30 yoga mats in a spacious 25' x 20' section, making it ideal for a variety of movement-based activities. The front desk area divides the studio’s movement zone from a dedicated retail or gathering area, equipped with rolling racks that can be easily stored. This secondary space spans 40' x 15' at its narrowest, with expanded areas for coat storage, 16 lockers, and two oversized bathrooms for added convenience. Additional amenities include a wine fridge, comfortable sofa, dining table with seating for eight, and elegant oriental rugs, providing a cozy and stylish setting for any event or rental need.15

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Floors: Sweep or vacuum the dance floor and other flooring surfaces to remove any debris. Use a mop on any scuff marks or spills if needed. Mirrors and Screens: Wipe down mirrors and screens with a microfiber cloth and a gentle cleaner to remove fingerprints and smudges. Equipment: Clean any used equipment, such as mats, weights, or resistance bands, with disinfectant wipes or spray. Return all items to their designated storage areas. Surfaces: Wipe down countertops, tables, and other high-touch surfaces in both the main studio and common areas with disinfectant. Bathrooms: Check the bathrooms for cleanliness. Dispose of trash, restock toilet paper, and wipe down sinks and counters as needed. Trash: Empty all trash bins and place new liners in each bin. Please take all garbage to the designated disposal area. Personal Belongings: Ensure all personal items are removed from the space, including any leftover food, drinks, or decorations.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
