Kids Parties, Adult Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Art Shows/Exhibits, Paint & Sip, Cake & Sip, Spoken Word, and Photo Shoots/production The space is divided by barn doors into two rooms. Larger room a little over 500 sq ft and 2nd room 400 ft. Both available at the same time. These rooms are blank canvases / open spaces not limited to, but has been used for: 1 room kids activity the other a sitting Room for eating 1 room a dance floor the other sitting room for Food/ Gathering Area etc.

Daily Cleaning Tasks • Trash Removal: Empty trash bins, sanitize waste areas, and replace liners. • Surface Cleaning and Sanitizing: Wipe down high-touch surfaces like desks, door handles, light switches, and phones with disinfectants. • Restrooms: Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restock hand soap, paper towels, and tissues. • Floors: Sweep, or mop especially in high-traffic areas. • Window Cleaning: Clean windows and glass doors to remove smudges and fingerprints. • Dusting: Dust vents, ceiling fans, shelves, and blinds.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
