After all events, space must be put back in the order in which it was originally staged. All garbage must be thrown out - there are two dumpsters in the alley outside the back door. The space must be clean from any decorations/florals/personal items. Bathroom garbage must be taken out and bags replaced. Floor must be swept of all debris, and any wet areas must be mopped. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if decorations, trash, alcohol or personal items remains in the building. All setup and clean up must be completed within the rental period. Additional fees will apply if the Client exceeds the rental time.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
