Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Resetting the furniture and layout of the space is the responsibility of the renter as well as removing trash and other outside items by the end of the booking time. Any large spills or waste left on the floor must be cleaned as well, and we pride ourselves on leaving a clean space for all guests. Professional cleaners come overnight and in-between bookings in compliance with our cleaning and safety standards for the facilities additional sanitation and cleaning needs.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
