The space is about 800 sq feet. The colors are neutral black and beige. The space is inviting and warm and can be decorated in a lot of different ways. The space has a small bar area and two separate bathrooms. It is perfect for dinner parties for 25-30 seated. It can hold about 40-50 with standing room. Space does have a backyard space that can be rented for additional space. Space can also be used for shooting content, photoshoots, podcasts, etc.

Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned and disinfected between events. Door knobs and surfaces are thoroughly wiped down. Facilities are restocked for toiletries, soap, toilet paper, later towels, etc. Any additional needs can be discussed with owners.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
