About the Space

We are only offering day and night exterior filming and photography and commercial use of our home. No interior of house, stair, or porch use, unless permission in writing. Ours is a gorgeous 1893 historic registered property, beautiful, majestic, spooky. Large front lawn for positioning camera equipment. Front of property, no access beyond gate. No alcohol on property. No offensive behavior nudity, lewdness, prop or other gun use or display, loud music or sounds on the grounds during your use. No toilet provided, if you are shooting longer or multiple days, we do have a location to place a port a potty, which is at your expense. You may be required in the Village of Oak Park to get a film permit. This would probably only matter if the filming is longer than a few hours and your crew is greater than 5 people and more than 3 vehicles, but at your own risk, see below. Here is a link for Film Permits for a larger, more involved projects. It’s at your own risk if you don’t take out a permit and get shut down. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
