About the Space
My space has a large living room and bedroom that can be used, plus 2 recently renovated bathrooms. There is also a small open patio space outside with an outdoor table for 2. I like bright spaces with pops of color so have furnished the apartment accordingly (and with a travel theme). My place is in the heart of Venice. The neighborhood has a number of cafes & stores within walking distance, some of which are visible from the dining/living area. It's a mixture of residential and a Venice urban vibe. There is a big mural in the alley and also a simple one on our building. Parking is easy as there's plenty of street parking available.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
