Hobie's Corner offers a professionally treated room equipped with high quality preamps, a couple of vocal channel strips, a compressor, along with a small variety of high quality large diaphragm mics. Take advantage of the 8" Mackie studio monitors and NS10s to blast your production without bothering your neighbors. This room is setup for plug and play or use with the provided mac computer. Relax with the provided couches, and AC pumping fresh air in from outside while cooling down the room.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
