The Studio is 1,200 square feet, ample natural lighting, three-8ft windows and 15ft ceilings. The studio is all with natural brick accents and overhead lighting.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned each day and the entire building is cleaned and wiped down 2x per week. A cleaning fee will be assessed in the amount of $75 if the studio is dirty or soiled. Included in this fee is fit urniture and props are moved and not put back in its original location. Any food and beverages must be removed from the studio. (There is small green dumper behind the building, to the left by the white PVC fence. Please to discard and garbage in that location.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
