A reservation for this space includes an open area, 3 executive vintage styled offices and a conference room with exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. The space still retains many of historic Mimo features such a mahogany doors and panels, furniture, and brass lighting accents. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings are not accidentally interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. A 4 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. For 4 hours reservations, we prefer them to begin at 9:00 am or at 2:00 pm. We will consider 2 hour reservations on weekdays starting after 8:30 am and ending by 11:30 am with 5 or less guests. Please note art appearing in photos may be different than that of actual art in the space. The space is used to exhibit art and is curated regularly with different works.
