Perfect for tutoring, photography and music production Our 750 sq. ft studio space features 4 bespoke air conditioned and sound treated rooms, with the largest room at the front (approx 150 sq ft), for which this listing is for. It also has a waiting area, separate kitchenette and toilet facilities. We have musical equipment available to use on site for anyone requiring space for music practise, tuition or production. Please note that this is for use of the front room and onsite facilities, and other rooms at the premises may be occupied at the time of use.

Each room has a Panasonic NanoeX Covid-19 Inhibiting air filtration system. Hand sanitising stations are provided throughout, with all equipment and contact surfaces sanitised before and after each session
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
