Cleaning Process for Living Room & Dining Area Rental We follow a thorough cleaning process to ensure the living room and dining area are spotless and ready for every production or stay. Here’s how we prepare the space: 1. Decluttering & Waste Removal • Remove all trash and debris from the living room and dining area. • Empty trash bins and replace liners. • Check under furniture and in corners for forgotten items or debris. 2. Dusting & Surface Cleaning • Dust all surfaces, including tables, chairs, shelves, and decorative items. • Wipe down the dining table, chairs, and coffee table with a disinfectant cleaner. • Sanitize high-touch areas such as light switches, doorknobs, and remotes. 3. Furniture & Décor Care • Vacuum and clean the upholstery of the couch and other seating areas. • Arrange furniture and decorative items to their original positions after use. 4. Floor Cleaning • Sweep and vacuum all flooring to remove dirt, dust, and debris. • Mop the floors with a disinfectant solution, ensuring all areas are clean and streak-free. 5. Final Touches • Ensure the flat-screen TV and other electronics are free of dust and smudges. • Spray a light air freshener to leave the space smelling fresh and clean. • Inspect the dining area and living room for any missed spots or needed adjustments. 6. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
