This venue offers a spacious, multi-functional area ideal for events, workshops, or gatherings. The room is furnished with round and rectangular tables, chairs, whiteboards, and a TV setup for presentations or entertainment. Its modern decor features stylish motion sensor boho lighting fixtures, a cozy seating area, and minimalistic design touches, providing a comfortable and versatile setting for various occasions. We also provide two outdoor spaces for renters located in the back and front of the building. Please note: We have a 3600 sq ft space with a curtain dividing the two spaces. Before and after each event, a hired professional cleaner is present to disinfect and clean the building.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
