About the Space
This bright and airy studio is the perfect space for music producers, musicians, podcasters, DJs and creatives with audio recording and production needs. The studio has three spaces: - Living room/kitchen area: Upon entering the studio, you walk into the open living/kitchen area, which features a full kitchen, island with 2 stools, 3-seater couch that converts into a bed, and 2 additional chairs. The living room is equipped for podcast recording and filming as well as playing instruments (there is a drumkit, acoustic guitar and multiple other instruments and shakers/noise makers available). - Listening room: The listening/recording room is equipped with a mixer, DJ equipment, microphones for high-quality recordings and instruments like a full-size concert marimba, ukelele, acoustic guitar and more. - Vocal booth: The vocal booth is located off the listening room, and fits 1-2 people for recording vocals, audiobooks, meditations and other audio projects. The booth is sound-proofed and features a professional microphone to ensure the highest-quality recordings. There is also a full bath, making this studio a perfect space for a "stay and play" producer retreat or anyone looking for a space to record and produce their project.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
