Here’s what you can expect: • Thorough Cleaning Before and After Each Event: We deep clean all surfaces, furniture, and high-touch areas, including tables, chairs, door handles, and equipment. • Sanitization Standards: We use high-quality, EPA-approved cleaning products to sanitize the space thoroughly. • Floor Care: Floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped before each event. • Restroom Maintenance: Restrooms are cleaned and restocked regularly with soap, paper towels, and other essentials. • Trash Removal: All trash is removed promptly, and fresh liners are placed in bins for each event. • Optional Cleaning Add-ons: If guests prefer, we offer post-event cleaning services for an additional fee. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we’re committed to maintaining a spotless environment for every event. If you have any specific requests or concerns, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
