This 2br/3bth Classic spanish house was originally built in the 1920s. It has now completely remodeled with a mid-century style but with many modern features. The original plastered arched openings and the arched ceilings were left intact. This house was originally a triplex, the layout has been completely revised to create a more open and intimate space, the dinner area is now connected to the living room with a bar opening with a natural wood countertop. The completely remodeled kitchen now has large porcelain tiles, concrete countertop with cemented splash wall. The house is also facing south which offers plenty of natural sunlight.

Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
