Primary is the largest coworking space in the Financial District, spanning over 50,000 square feet in one of New York's most iconic buildings. Our stunning business lounge offers 3,100 square feet of productivity by day and transforms into a vibrant hub for pitch competitions, social mixers, and great vibes by night. Our event space is also a great place to take photos- whether you're outside taking picture of the Charging Bull, or from getting an aerial view from our event space, we are in the heart of it all.

Health and Safety Measures
Our porters clean and disinfect the space daily to ensure a pristine and safe environment. Each morning, all surfaces, including desks, door handles, and common areas, are thoroughly wiped down with approved disinfectants. Additionally, floors are swept and mopped, and restrooms are sanitized from top to bottom. This routine guarantees that our space remains hygienic and welcoming for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
