To ensure the space is ready for the next user, we kindly request that you leave it in the same condition as you found it. This includes cleaning all surfaces, disposing of trash, and returning furniture/items to their original places. If the space is not cleaned properly, a $100 cleaning fee will be added. Cleaning supplies are found in the bathroom. Tables stain easily and MUST be covered with table cloth. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
