Thorough Cleaning Between Bookings: All surfaces, including furniture, bar counters, and retail displays, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. Floors are swept, mopped, and disinfected to maintain a pristine appearance. 2. Restroom Maintenance: Restrooms are stocked and cleaned regularly, with high-touch areas sanitized multiple times daily during events or bookings. 3. Sanitization of High-Touch Areas: Door handles, light switches, and other frequently touched surfaces are disinfected after every use. 4. Waste Disposal: All trash and recycling are removed promptly after events to ensure a clean and odor-free space. 5. Special Considerations for Shoots or Events: If your booking involves food, drink, or special activities, we provide additional cleaning services to ensure the space is spotless. 6. Eco-Friendly Practices: Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for our guests and the environment. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
