Due to Peerspace's policies, we're no longer able to offer in-person or FaceTime tours or share contact information outside the platform before a booking request has been submitted and accepted. We can only offer in-person and FaceTime tours for direct inquiries. In the meantime, we're happy to provide an unedited video tour of the venue and answer any questions you may have before you book. Once your booking request has been accepted, we'll be able to schedule an in-person tour and share our contact information directly with our sales team. *10% will be reduced from the rental rate for bookings made within 2 days of a venue tour from a direct inquiry. Located steps from the iconic Flatiron building, 14 West is the Flatiron District's newest private event space. Occupying an entire penthouse floor, 14 West pays homage to the district's history with unique details and beautifully designed furnishings. 14 West features an outdoor terrace with stunning city views. The venue's skylights provide natural lighting during the day and an intimate setting at night. The venue also offers a bar station, dining table for food service, a high-quality Marshall speaker, a 55” Samsung Frame TV, a newly renovated restroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and full-service amenities at no additional cost that provide the perfect location to host your next special event. We accommodate up to 60 guests, with a minimum capacity of 30. You may choose a 4-hour or 5-hour rental; we allow events until 2am. *Guests under the age of 21 to 10 years of age, are allowed with parental supervision. The total includes an event manager, bartender, bar-back and lobby host. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event, so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleanup afterward. We also allow vendors such as caterers and up to 4 members of your party, to come in 60 minutes before the event start time for setup at no additional cost. 4-hour rental $1,800 5-hour rental $2,200 *Rental rates include four staff members, 60 minutes of setup time for paid vendors, and four members of your party, mixers and garnishes, cleaning, tax, gratuity, and all venue amenities. In addition to our rental rates, please choose one of our per-person open bar packages. Each package includes mixers, garnishes, and full use of our glassware. Guests are welcome to order any mixed cocktails using the spirits included in your selected package along with our available mixers. There is no limit on the number of drinks served during your event. For each bar package, the following items are included: seltzer, tonic, orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, lemon juice, triple sec, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull. Lemons and limes are also included as garnishes. Our Basic, Standard, and Premium packages do not include beer, wine, or champagne. If you'd like to bring your own alcohol instead of choosing one of our rental packages or per-person open bar options, we offer Full-Service BYOB events at a flat rate: 4-hour rental: $3,600 5-hour rental: $4,400 *Our standard hourly rental rates do not apply to Full-Service BYOB events. Your rental includes: - 4 event staff members - 60 minutes of setup time - Mixers and garnishes - Cleaning - Tax and gratuity - Full access to all venue amenities *There is no minimum guest count required for Full-Service BYOB events. We can refer you to our preferred caterer, who offers a variety of options and can work within your budget.
