About the Space
This 100 year old building was formerly the village police station and the village fire station. We spent the better part of 2021 and 2022 renovating the building, much of it featuring upcycled and recycled materials, to turn it into a production distillery plus a cafe and tasting room. The upstairs Lounge affords an extra 550 sq/ft of space that we use for private parties, classes, dinners, photo shoots, business meetings and as cafe and tasting room seating when not privately rented out. The space features original exposed bricks and beams as well as vintage bourbon barrel couches, chairs, tables and bar. The layout and seating is flexible and includes sounds system (Sonos), 65" TV for display via HDMI, Bluetooth and Apple AirPlay. A private bathroom for the Lounge space is attached.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
