About the Space

At Sanctuary Event Space, our venue offers a unique blend of natural beauty and modern elegance, perfect for weddings, corporate events, and special gatherings. With versatile spaces that can be customized for both intimate and larger occasions, we provide an inviting atmosphere that combines convenience with charm. Our outdoor and indoor areas are designed with beautiful lighting and adaptable layouts to create unforgettable experiences. We’re dedicated to making each event personalized and seamless, ensuring every detail reflects the vision of our guests. Our outdoor grounds can accommodate up to 150 guests for ceremonies and outdoor dining and can be tented. Our Cottage House can accommodate no more than 25 guests and is used primarily for catering and pre-event dressing and preparation. Our Studio is used primarily for reception/dancing and can accommodate no more than 50 seated guests for indoor dining, if needed. Our upstairs Loft is used primarily as a bridal suite and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests for dressing. During our Peak Season (Mar-June & Sept-Dec), weekends are reserved for full day bookings (10am-11pm) At events must end by 10pm and be venue must be cleaned up and vacated by 11pm. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
