Gorgeous loft-style cottage near downtown
About the Space
This is not your typical DADU. It is a unique, entirely open, loft-style cottage with 25ft ceilings which make the space seem much larger, and lots of windows that bring in beautiful natural light. During the day it feels bright and contemporary, and at night it transforms into a cozy, intimate space to relax. The furnishings are a mixture of contemporary/mid-century and boho. On the main level you have the full kitchen-- complete with cooking tools, dishes, silverware, glassware etc, living room with TV, gas fireplace and half bath (tucked under the stairs). Upstairs is the bedroom with king sized bed, oversized study chair +bookcase and a full bath. This space is best suited for TV/commercial shoots, music videos or photo shoots.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
