CAPACITY & VERSATILITY Our suite is highly adaptable, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 11 people (1 Presenter and 10 Attendees). We offer two primary configurations to suit your event: • The Full Classroom: Move all 3 tables and 10 chairs into our spacious Room 1 (13 ft. x 13 ft.) to create a single, unified learning environment for the entire group. • Extra Space: Host your primary instruction in Room 1 while using Room 2 (11 ft. x 13 ft.) as additional space, a private 2–4 person meeting room, or a dedicated storage hub for attendee bags and materials. ROOM 2: EXTRA SPACE This adjacent room can be configured as: • Perfect for small business meetings, private coaching for 1–4 people, or a workspace for one. • Logistic Hub: Keep your main meeting space clutter-free by storing bags, coats, and workshop supplies here. • Restroom Access: This room provides access to the clean, private restroom. TECH & AMENITIES (Available Upon Request & included at no cost) • Instructor Standing Desk: An ergonomic station for the presenter to lead the class. • Atmosphere Control (Room 2): Fully customizable RGB color-changing lighting and Bluetooth audio (via the HubSpace app). Perfect for setting a creative "vibe" or a focused mood. Audio & Sound Policy: This space is audio-ready! Feel free to utilize our integrated Bluetooth ceiling speakers in Room 2 at your preferred volume. Unlike many restrictive office settings, we are "bass-friendly"—perfect for upbeat workshops, high-energy seminars, and immersive presentations. No Volume Limits: Use amplified sound at any volume you need for your event; there are no neighbors to disturb! Bring Your Own Gear: While we provide built-in audio, you are more than welcome to bring your own external speakers or sound equipment to customize your experience. PREMIUM ADD-ON (Small Additional Fee): • 60-inch Smartboard: High-definition interactive board for lessons and presentations. • Laptop Fleet: 10 high-performance laptops and chargers—perfect for tech-based training or certifications. • iPad Pack: 4 iPads specifically optimized for breakout sessions, research, or digital workshops in Room 2. We take pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Our suite is thoroughly sanitized before and after every booking to ensure a fresh, safe workspace for your team. Our Cleaning Protocol Includes: Sanitized Tech & Surfaces: All tables, desks, and countertops are disinfected. We pay special attention to high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and the August Smart Lock. Any rented laptops or iPads are sanitized between users. Floor Care: All floors are swept and mopped to ensure a clean, dust-free environment for your workshop. Staging & Organization: Trash bins are emptied and liners replaced. Furniture is realigned to your requested layout so the space is "plug-and-play" the moment you arrive. Final Inspection: A staff member conducts a walkthrough before your 15-minute early access window to ensure the space meets our high standards.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
