Event Space Cleaning Process
To ensure the space remains welcoming and ready for all guests, we have the following cleaning guidelines:
1. Before the Event:
• The space will be cleaned and inspected prior to your event to ensure it is ready for use.
2. During the Event:
• Please keep the space tidy throughout the event. Trash bags, cleaning supplies, and extra bins are available upon request.
3. After the Event:
• Guests are responsible for:
• Removing all decorations, food, and personal items.
• Placing all trash in designated bins or bags.
• Cleaning up spills or messes immediately to prevent stains.
• A light sweep and wipe-down of surfaces is required before leaving.
4. Deep Cleaning:
• Our staff will handle all deep cleaning tasks, such as mopping, sanitizing, and resetting the space for future events.
5. Deposit Policy:
• If the space is not left in its original condition, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
