This historic 1910 multi-level building is located on roughly 2 acres in rural Floyd County, Virginia. It has gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is 20 minutes from the renowned music town of Floyd. The primary level storefront is lined with shelving and rolling library ladders. Tall ceilings and original wood counters give it the quintessential general store look. There’s a little balcony with antique railing at the back of the primary level that was used by the Justice of the Peace for holding court back in the day. The expansive top floor has original wood floors and views of the beautiful mountains. This building served many functions for the settlers of this area a century ago. This building would be perfect for a period piece. We will update photos as we renovate the building back to its original glory.
