About the Space
This expansive warehouse has high ceilings, translucent skylights. At the heart of the space stands a disused loading crane. Surrounding the space are rustic, textured walls with remnants of industrial equipment, including weathered control panels and machinery, giving the venue a raw, authentic aesthetic. This unique venue offers a versatile backdrop for creative projects such as photoshoots, film productions, or art installations. Guests have access to mains power, water and toilet facilities.

Before each booking, the warehouse is swept, lament floors are mopped. High-touch areas are disinfected for safety. After each booking, the space is cleaned and reset. Additional cleaning services can be arranged if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
