Whole house and pool is yours! This is a large 2 storey, 4 brm, 3 bthm home with a pool, only 18 mins walk to the beach. The lounge has an 85 inch 4k Samsung TV. Large lounge and dining area, looks over the magnificent tropical pool. This large entertainer's house will sleep up to 10 people comfortably. All 4 rooms have queen-size beds and there is a sofa lounge and two king singles. The house and surrounds are filled with pot plants and tastefully decorated. The country style kitchen is equiped with all the cooking utensils needed for a full dining experience. It has the feel of a french farm house, with glass doors opening onto beautiful green gardens. The house is very private with high fences, trees and greenery, making it extremely private. It has a remote-control garage for easy access. There ia a grassed area next to the pool, which is great for BBQs. There are sun lounges by the pool. The side patio has a large wooden table and seating for 10. The back yard has a big area for more sunning on lounges or a separate chill out space. Lots of un-metered parking out the front in a wide street. Very quiet neighbourhood, but very close to the action of Surfers and Broadbeach. A 15 min walk to the light rail station at Monaco St.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
