Welcome to the most Unique music studio in the city! Located on the happening corner of 6th and Western in Koreatown, 4th Floor Studios is a fully equipped recording studio. Vibed out to look like a Loft Apartment, this studio is perfect for writing camps, recording sessions, and live studio performances! It comes fully equipped with microphones, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, electric bass, fridge, microwave, high-speed internet, and AC! It has everything you need; the only thing you need to bring is your creative spirit :)

Health and Safety Measures

We have janitors that deep clean the space once every two weeks in addition to the general cleaning I do as the owner day to day.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
