Vibed out to look like a Loft Apartment, this studio is perfect for writing camps, recording sessions, and live studio performances! It comes fully equipped with microphones, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, electric bass, fridge, microwave, high-speed internet, and AC! It has everything you need; the only thing you need to bring is your creative spirit :)

We have janitors that deep clean the space once every two weeks in addition to the general cleaning I do as the owner day to day.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
