Cozy utility/multi use space of approximately 1K sq ft used for various events such as business meetings, lectures, workshops, book signings, art showings, movie nights, open mics, board game nights, fitness training, yoga classes, massage therapy, counseling, filming, college trunk parties, baby showers and photography shoots. NO birthday parties allowed. NO teenage or adult parties of any kind. NO bachelor or bachelorette parties, but wedding showers are allowed, however absolutely NO adult entertainment activities (dancers, strippers etc.). Safe environment in an upscale neighborhood. Offers additional breakout room of approximately 150 sq ft and office of approximately 200 sq ft if needed. Secure building with low traffic. Limited WiFi at the moment. *Please be advised that the space is located on the 2nd floor and this building has no elevators or handicap access. * Smoke free and contraband free environment.

Health and Safety Measures
We highly believe in cleanliness. Common areas are cleaned constantly prior to, during and after events or activities. Hand sanitizer is located around the facility as well as multiple trash cans. Bathrooms have wipes and sanitary product disposals. Floors are swept and mopped after each event. Windows and mirrors are cleaned to prevent contamination from finger and other bodily parts (hands, elbows, heads etc).
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
