    About the Space

    Our sophisticated social hub in Uptown Oakland, made for receptions, networking nights, holiday parties, launches and corporate celebrations. Designer lounge seating, statement lighting and rich finishes set an upscale tone the moment guests walk in. The lounge opens up to a 4th floor outdoor deck, giving your event a natural indoor-outdoor flow for cocktails, mingling and fresh air. Capacity: up to 200 guests standing or 120 seated. What's included: presentation AV with built-in screens, mics and speakers, Wi-Fi, restrooms and on-site security. Catering can be served throughout the space, and coffee from our on-site coffee vendor can be added. Message us with your date, guest count and format and we'll help you plan the right setup.

    Cancellation Policy

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
