Welcome to our Hillside Oasis Bright and Beautiful Daylight Studio, a versatile 2,000+ sq ft space ideal for photo and film shoots. Nestled in the Mount Washington hills, this treehouse studio is surrounded by lush greenery and offers expansive city and mountain views, creating a serene and inspiring environment for your creative projects. Activities: Our studio is perfect for: Photoshoots Film shoots Layout and Features: The open-plan studio boasts: Abundant natural light throughout the day, with southeast exposure in the morning and west-facing windows capturing stunning sunsets. A dedicated hair and makeup station equipped with vanity lights. Multiple decks and private outdoor areas, including shaded spots and open fields, providing diverse shooting options. Beautifully curated indoor spaces with clean, soft, and inviting décor, ideal for boudoir photography and other intimate settings. Amenities: Private parking for up to 2 cars. Wardrobe rack and steamer for wardrobe needs. Air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort during your shoot. High-speed Wi-Fi and a TV for immediate review of your work. Additional Information: Certain areas, such as the downstairs patio with a silver chair and mirrors, backdrops, and a large patio with a rose tub, are available for an additional fee. At our studio, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. Here’s what we do to keep the space spotless: Before Your Arrival: All high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and furniture, are disinfected with professional-grade cleaning products. Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed to maintain a clean and fresh environment. The bathroom and kitchenette (if applicable) are thoroughly sanitized and restocked with essentials. During Your Booking: Cleaning supplies, such as disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer, are available for your use during your session. Trash bins are provided for easy disposal of waste, and additional liners are available if needed. After Your Booking: Once your session ends, we perform a detailed cleaning to prepare the space for the next guest. Any equipment or props used are sanitized, and the space is ventilated to maintain air quality. Enhanced Safety Measures: Between bookings, we allocate extra time to deep-clean the studio. Our team follows all recommended health and safety protocols to provide a clean and healthy environment. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
