About Basecamp Frederick Lodge
This is a house that is often used for short-term rentals. There is a large living room addition at the back of the house that is perfect for small group gatherings and meetings with a “stage” area for presentations and large open space for sitting. The first floor also has a den, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room with access to the back porch and patio. There is a converted garage that is used as a 3-season room and additional outdoor gathering spaces.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
