Unique Topanga Canyon space with infinity pool overlooking unobstructed canyon views facing West towards the Pacific Ocean. Quiet area with large space for photoshoots, video shoots and any other content/media creation. Deck is newly finished with WeatherTech materials for sleek look. Surrounding the pool is textured concrete with dark blue pool tiling and pebbletech finishing. We do provide a concrete picnic table and matching concrete benches. We also have two pool chaise loungers. Pool is equipped with colored lights which look stunning at night! Deck and steps also have lights giving a sultry glow to any evening shoots.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
