After every event, our team does a thorough walk-through of the property ensuring no trash, spills, accidents, or hazardous materials are left behind. All trash will have been thrown away, and no materials or items will be present on the property from the last use of the venue. Weekly the floors themselves will be pressure washed ensuring cleanliness & up to code standards. The bathrooms get cleaned & restocked after every event as well.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
