Health and Safety Measures
Your safety is our priority. Our studio is cleaned and disinfected following local health authority guidelines, with high-touch surfaces sanitized between bookings. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and paper towels are available for guest use. The space is equipped with HEPA-certified air filters and access to outdoor air ventilation to ensure a fresh and healthy environment. Capacity is limited in line with government guidelines, and the layout is designed to allow for physical distancing. We’ve also placed COVID-19 guest guidelines and cleaning procedure checklists throughout the space to keep you informed and ensure a safe experience.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
