Welcome to Dreamers Ranch, a 10 acre desert film & photo ranch located in Apple Valley, CA's rich history filled town where there has been some awesome projects filmed here over the years. We are established about 85 miles from Los Angeles to where you will find our gorgeous property filled with beautiful views of the mountains, amazing sunsets & beautiful views of the city lights at night. About our Location: 1. Crashed Airplane Site 2. Chapel Area 3. Vintage Ambassador Car 4. Boat 5. Shipping Containers 6. Porch Area 7. RVs (available to rent out) 8. Big Boulder Rocks 9. Desert Bushes 10. Property is fenced off. Safe to shoot your projects - Nearest hospital is 15 minutes away from the ranch - Fire department 1 mile away - Restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, fast food, hardware stores, gas stations etc all 15 minutes from the ranch NO ELECTRICITY OR RUNNING WATER. We do have generators available for rent. 1 portable bathroom available for use; however, you will need to rent out any ADDITIONAL bathrooms/ porta potties if needed. Herbert can order those for you & make sure any additional bathrooms be delivered by your shoot day. Please be advised an additional Site Rep fee will be charged at booking. *Anything that can disturb neighbors needs a film permit for example: Live Music, Live Bands, Fires, Explosions, Guns etc. We can direct you to where you can get a permit.
