Films, TV shows and photoshoots would be perfect here. There's 4 bedrooms and two living rooms perfect for holding spaces for actors and crew. We also have a garden apartment below the triplex house that's available for booking as well if additional space is needed. This house was designed by the architects, WORKSTEAD. It has been gut renovated but still has tons of original detail, tin ceilings, bespoke moldings, beautiful wood floors and more! The parlor floor is all open but the kitchen also has pocket doors, great for opening or closing off the space. Good ideas for the space: -movies -TV shows -photoshoots -commercials -private events -private dinners -Piano concerts There's a 1935 Baldwin Grand piano amazing sound and perfect for hosting or playing.

We have a professional cleaner who has worked for us for over 30 years who cleans the house between bookings. Depending on the type of booking the tenant will be responsible for paying the cleaner.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
