Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of floors. Sanitization of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and appliances. Appliance and Fixture Maintenance: Deep cleaning of the stove, refrigerator, and window air unit before each guest's stay. Inspection and sanitization of plumbing fixtures like sinks, faucets, and showerheads. Linen and Bedding: Washing and sanitizing all linens, including bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels, using hypoallergenic detergent. Replacement of linens and towels with freshly laundered sets for every guest. Bathroom Sanitation: Disinfection of all surfaces, including the toilet, sink, and shower/tub. Restocking of basic supplies such as soap and toilet paper. Final Inspection: A quality assurance check to ensure the property meets our high standards before each new stay. Ongoing Maintenance: If your stay exceeds a few weeks, we offer optional mid-stay cleaning services at an additional cost to help maintain the home’s cleanliness.
