This is a (2850 sqft) 4 bedroom historic house in the coastal town of Stratford, CT. The home has a formal dining room, a parlor (used as a playroom), formal living room with exposed beams and orignal diagonal windows, a sun room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and attic. One of the bedrooms is called "the secret room" because it looks like a closet door but when you enter it a 2 part room that kind of gives a loft vibe with very low ceilings. There is also a carriage house that is unfinised but on the property and an in ground pool. This is a great space for photo shoots or film shoots.
