About Bread and Butter
Music Studio x The Loft is a partnered space between Bread and Butter and Matter of Time. It's an event space meets recording studio situated on the second floor of our building, launched in May 2024. The space creates a cozy feeling, similar to that of being in a house with multiple sections that can be opened up. Great for small scale get togethers, celebrations, parties, networking and launch events, or as an add on for the music studio. By booking this space, you have access to both the music studio and the loft. You do not have access to any of the equipment in the studio, this will be charged separately.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
