Our intimate studio space is situated within our 3,500 sq. ft. art center complex, offering ample public areas along with three spacious studios available for rent in the heart of Los Angeles, California. It is just a few blocks north of the 10 Freeway at the La Cienega exit. The studio’s location is convenient for travelers from Beverly Hills, Mid-City, Century City, Hollywood, Culver City, Venice, and Santa Monica. Parking is always free and accessible on all surrounding public city streets. Each studio has climate controls with A/C and Heating.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
