This loft is good for video or photo shoots, podcasts or small gatherings or business meetings. There are 2 floors with access to a bathroom on each floor. It is a very open layout with an indoor and outdoor balcony. The indoor balcony overlooks the first floor. There are several customized shooting/video areas. The provided unique lighting makes for a luxurious experience. *THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A PROPERTY MANAGER ON SITE DURING YOUR BOOKING AND/OR AN ASSISTANT TO ASSIST WITH ENTRY, LIGHTING, ETC.*

Each floor and bathroom is cleaned thoroughly after each booking. Cleaning products are also available on site during bookings in the case that a small mess is accidentally made. Property manager can assist with cleaning if not up to par at the time of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
