About the Space
Loxley is a special events venue serving the greater Madison, Wisconsin region. The space has a moody, eclectic, speakeasy-vibe. We rent the space out for private events, including corporate meetings. We're able to host DJs, live music, weddings, cocktail receptions, birthday parties, retirement parties, milestone events, galas, ceremonies, celebration of life memorials, and more. We offer a "meeting" rate which applies only to corporate/business meetings taking place Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm. This rate is subject to a minimum rate. All other event pricing is available by reaching out to our event planner directly. Costs are based on event type, day of the week, time, and set-up. Space is cleaned appropriately between events. Typically, we will only have 1 event per day, leaving adequate time for cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
