This is a private home for film and television use only. Housekeeping is done weekly and at the end of production homeowners require a full professional cleaning and then subsequent inspection by owners before release of security deposit
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
