Health and Safety Measures
After each event, all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and counters, must be wiped down with disinfectant. Floors should be swept and mopped as needed. Trash must be collected and disposed of in designated bins, with new liners placed in all trash cans. Any spills should be cleaned immediately to maintain a safe and tidy environment. Restrooms must be checked, restocked, and sanitized. All personal or event-related items must be removed, leaving the space clean and ready for the next use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
