About The 2nd Floor Studio
This space features three separate rooms, two of which are fully furnished with each wall having a different vibe. The third room is versatile with multiple textures on the wall--greenery, reclaimed wood, graffiti metal and various drop-down backdrops. The space is on the second floor, so stairs are required (no elevator). There is a bathroom and kitchen area (available upon request). The space was designed with boudoir in mind but is perfect for a variety of sessions such as newborns, maternity, family, couples, etc. It has great natural light that changes throughout the space during the day.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned in accordance with recommended guidelines between each booking (sweeping, mopping, all high contact areas are wiped down and disinfected, and all trash is removed). The appropriate cleaning and disinfecting supplies are available along with hand sanitizer and washing stations for those in the space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
